How it works

From your first message to your first training session in the app.

  1. You get in touch

You fill in the form: the name of your club, your approximate number of members, your logo and your colours. Five minutes.

No credit card, no compulsory sales meeting, no commitment.

  2. Your space is ready within 48 hours

We set up your space in your colours: your logo, your visual identity, your teams or groups.

The 48 hours start from the moment we have received everything — logo, colours, list of teams. You have nothing to install, nothing to host and no server to run.

You then receive your administrator credentials and the link to share with your members.

  3. Your members join, and you approve

Your members download ClubUp Club Manager free of charge from the App Store or Google Play, then request to join your club.

You approve every request from the administration panel. Nobody enters your space without your agreement — which matters when your teams include minors.

Once approved, your members see only your club: your colours, your teams, your announcements, your partners. The download is free for them, and they never pay anything.

  4. You take over, and we support you

You run the club from a computer, in your browser: create teams, import members, publish an announcement, open the calendar, set up your partners.

You receive a presentation film and a brochure to pass on to your committee, and we call you to get you started. Included on every plan.

Six access levels, so that everyone sees only what concerns them:

    • Administratorthe whole club
    • Committee membermanagement, without team-level detail
    • Group leadertheir group
    • Coachtheir team, their call-ups, their attendance
    • Player and parenttheir teams, their calendar, their announcements
    • Supporterclub life
  5. Thirty days to decide

The trial is complete: every feature, every member, for thirty days. No credit card.

We write to you before it ends. If your committee decides to continue, you receive a payment link and choose between card and invoice. If your committee decides to stop, there is nothing to cancel: without any action on your part, nothing is charged and nothing renews.

    Your data remains exportable.

  6. Funding the subscription through your partners

The app gives your partners something no pitch-side board can: direct access to all your members, all week long, in their pocket.

We provide the rate card, the sales arguments, the template contract and the distribution report. A club that sells its slots can cover its subscription: a self-funded app.

The subscription remains payable in all cases. You sell the slots, at your own pace and to your own partners.

Questions a committee will ask
Do we have to migrate our data?
Your members are imported from an Excel or CSV file. We send you a template to fill in: you will not be retyping six hundred rows.
Do our coaches have to do everything from a phone?
No. The administration panel opens in a browser, on any computer.
Will our older members manage?
The app asks little of them: read an announcement, reply to a call-up, check a schedule. It is considerably simpler than a WhatsApp group with two hundred people.
What happens to our website?
Many clubs reduce it to a simple home page that introduces the club and invites people to download the app. News, the calendar and call-ups then live in the app, where members actually read them — rather than on a site nobody opens. You decide what stays online.
What does it really cost per member?
For a club of five hundred members on the Starter plan, the annual subscription works out at under €1 per member per year.
And if we stop in two years?
Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time during your subscription, and for thirty days after it ends. You lose neither your members nor your history.

30 days on us.
No card required.

Your space in your colours is ready within 48 hours. If it is not for you, you pay nothing.
