How the suggested rates are calculated
  • Exposure slots are indexed on the number of members: under 200 (×0.6), 200 to 500 (×1), 501 to 1000 (×1.6), over 1000 (×2.2).
  • Member vouchers and team banners stay at a flat rate: their value depends on the business and the team, not on the size of the club.
  • The number of slots on the home page is deliberately limited. Scarcity is what makes the price.
  • The main sponsor is fixed and never enters the banner rotation.

Is it complicated to set up?
You fill in the request form with your logo and colours. The 48-hour window starts when we receive everything: a high-resolution logo and your colour codes.
Which phones does the app work on?
iOS and Android, and on a computer through the browser. All your members have access.
What happens if we stop?
Cancel any time. Your data stays exportable for 30 days afterwards.
How does the price change over time?
Automatically, as your membership grows. You are always told before anything changes.
Can we manage several teams?
Yes — seniors, juniors, women's and more. A separate space for each team.
Is the app multilingual?
French, German, English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
How do my members access the app?
They download ClubUp Club Manager from the App Store or Google Play, then join your club. Once signed in, they only see your club: your logo, your colours, your content.
What does setting up include?
We configure your space in your colours and create the administrator account. Importing members and creating teams happens from your admin area, with our help if needed.
